My major issue was getting the band replaced since this boyfriend watch is fairly old (2-3 years) and the finish was wearing down. I received my watch yesterday (2 week turnaround time, quicker than the estimated 4-6 weeks) with a brand new band, extra links, buffed/new crystal face and a new battery. I spent a total of $32.00 ($8.50 of which pays for return shipping) for a "new" watch.
