Greenbrier State Park

I had a park visitor pass to redeem before the end of 2011 so I decided on Greenbrier State Park from reading reviews online. We walked on Bartman trail starting behind the visitor center which connects to the Appalachian. Bartman was covered in leaves and was difficult to stay on track. We eventually made it to the Appalachian which already had a few walkers. Another section of the park is connected to a  huge lake with a couple small "beaches". There are lifeguard towers and signs posted for visitors to take a dip during the warmer weather.
